Due to poor conditions on our gravel roads our buses cannot safely travel their regular routes. We will utilize snow routes for the rest of this week. Hopefully everything will be back to normal and we can use our normal routes by Monday. Thank you for understanding.
Due to poor road conditions on our gravel routes we will again run snow routes tomorrow, February 8th, both am and pm.
Thank you to those who worked to clear the parking lots and sidewalks on our campus. We will be in school tomorrow Feb 7. Keep in mind that there are some spots that will refreeze so use caution when arriving on campus in the morning. Buses will only run snow routes both am and pm. If you live on gravel roads that are still covered and you cannot get your child safely to school, please call your child’s principal to arrange for work at home.

Due to changes in quarantine guidelines made by the Governor today, beginning tomorrow Wednesday Feb 1, Corning Schools will only be sending students and staff home who test positive for COVID-19 or for those who are symptomatic. Quarantined students may return asap.

Corning Schools will be closed tomorrow Thursday, January 20 and Friday, January 21 for inclement weather and COVID related sickness of students and staff. We will use AMI days 3 & 4. Since we are closing, there will be no extracurricular activities during this time. We will do our best to reschedule and post when we have them rescheduled. Thank you for understanding.

This morning KAIT ran a news article that stated the Corning School District would be conducting an AMI day today, Thursday, January the 13th. This is not accurate. Corning School District WILL be in session today for in-person learning.
Attention Parents and Guardians: The school will be conducting the annual body mass index (BMI) screenings of the 6th, 8th, and 10th graders starting Jan 25th. If you do not wish for your students to be screened, notify the nurse in writing by January 24, 2022.

Parents: Please be reminded that buses will run snow routes this afternoon exactly as they did this morning. Bus F and Bus B town routes will not run. Students who ride Bus D and Bus G to in town locations will not be dropped off today. Students will only be dropped off at the same location they were picked up this morning.
Bus routes will be the inclement weather routes both am and pm routes.
