Reminder: We will have an organizational meeting tonight for the new CSD-Parent group. This group is being organized for parents and school staff to work together to meet the social-emotional needs of our students. The meeting will be held at 6:00 at the Community Center. Everyone is welcome to attend.
It's Make-A-Wish Money Week at Park Elementary (Feb 3-7)!! The class that raises the most money will receive a special pizza party! 🍕

Attention parents of bus riders: Due to rising waters, the buses may not be able to run certain routes in the morning. If the bus does not come by your house please call your child’s school and let them know. We do apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
Corning School District will be in session tomorrow, January 31.
The Sr. High Girls, Jr. High Girls, and 7th Grade Girls Basketball games @ Rector scheduled for tomorrow night have been postponed. They will now be played on Wednesday, February 5th @ Rector with a 5:00 p.m. start time for the 7th Grade Girls game.
Due to a significant increase in staff and student illness, all Corning Schools will be closed tomorrow, January 30, 2025. We will resume regularly scheduled classes on Friday, Jan 31. If those plans change we will notify you as soon as possible.

P.A.W.S. Meeting- February 4 at 5:30 p.m. This is an informational meeting for all parents interested in becoming a member of a Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) at Park.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the PAWS meeting at Park is being postponed to next week.

We will be running regular bus routes tomorrow, Jan 14. However due to the snow and mud, there could be some roads that our buses will not be able to go down. If the bus does not come by your house please call your child’s school and let them know. Drivers will report stops they unable to make.
Reminder for parents and guardians of bus riders.
Students will only be picked up at the collective points on each route. And students will only be dropped of at these locations in the afternoon. Please make arrangements for transportation to and from these locations. In the morning all buses will leave the school at 7am to go to their collective points And in the afternoon they will leave school at 3:20pm and go only to their collective points.
